When measuring hazardous material or collecting specimen in private environment for the purpose of academic research, the owner or the manager of the environment must be explained and they must give consent as a general rule. The content must include the name and institution of the person in charge of the research, purpose of measuring, content and method of measuring, projected results, publication of the results, disclosure, and provision to others, place and duration of storage for the collected specimen and method of disposure.
